Vicat (Euronext Paris: FR0000031775 – VCT) and Kepler Cheuvreux have signed on March 28, 2025 a liquidity contract (the “Agreement”) regarding the liquidity of the shares of Vicat admitted to Euronext Paris.
Le groupe Vicat (Euronext Paris : FR0000031775 – VCT) et Kepler Cheuvreux ont signé le 28 mars 2025 un contrat de liquidité (le « Contrat ») ayant pour objet l’animation des actions de Vicat sur le marché réglementé d’Euronext Paris.
Du 24 mars au 20 juin 2025, une concertation publique est organisée sur le projet Rhône décarbonation porté par les sociétés Vicat, SPSE, Elengy et RTE. Ouverte à tous, elle a pour objectifs d’informer le public, de répondre aux questions et de débattre des aspects du projet, notamment sa raison d’être, sa mise en œuvre et ses impacts. Divers moyens d’échange et d’expression seront mis en place pour permettre au public de s’informer et de contribuer.
From the 24th of March to the 20th of June, 2025, a public consultation will be held for the
Rhône Decarbonation project, developped by the companies Vicat, SPSE, Elengy, and RTE. Open to all, the consultation aims to inform the public, address questions, and discuss various aspects of the project, in particular its purpose, implementation, and impacts. Various means of communication and expression will be set up to enable the public to inform themselves and contribute.
Following the signing of the ecological transition contract with the French government as part of the national strategy for decarbonizing the 50 most CO₂-emitting industrial sites, Vicat confirms its ambition with the launch of the VAIA project (Vicat Advanced Industrial Alliance).
